Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original ECOSUSI box or a similar protective mailing container, ensuring all original dust bags and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
